Are there also instructions how to migrate from Joomla 1.0.1*

Reason I asked there is an question about this on the Dutch Forums.

I've been on the fence for a long time, having started with Mambo, moved to Joomla!, unhappy about the GNU/bridge issue, struggled with the J1.0.x-1.5 migration (still struggling), unhappy with the end of life announcement for J1.0.x.

Tried miaCMS some months ago - somewhat excited, wondered if mia stalled, excited by the Aliro announcement.

Meanwhile, tried a number of other CMSes, but keep coming back. Still looking for a way to easily/reliably migrate from Joomla! 1.0.x to miaCMS.
